Hi there! I'm Katie, owner of Magier Bakes. For those of you who don't know me, Magier is pronounced "Major" - it's much easier to say than it looks!

I am a high school math and sign language teacher. I absolutely LOVE working with high school kiddos. They are such fun human beings.

I grew up in a family that baked all of their birthday cakes and made cookies for lunches. Baking is in my genes! Magier Bakes was born after I made some decorated sugar cookies for my parents' retirement party. I then started practicing more (the teachers at my school have enjoyed being my "testers") and the rest is history!
